20 m² room in Umeå

Hi, I posted before as well, but the prospective tenant that I had found before just jumped off so the room is still available. I am subletting my room to another student. The corridor it’s shared by 7 people, as well as the common kitchen and laundry room. My room is on the second floor, 20 m2, fully furnished, with a private bathroom. It is in Ålidhem, a 10 min walk to the university campus and the gym. And less than 5 min to Ica, Lidl and the bus stop (that directly goes to town).
