2 room apartment in Uppsala

This is a nice apartment, but I can only let out part of it, because this is what the Board of the house allows. Therefore, I will have to live formally in the flat , but most of the time the tenant will have his complete privacy. The flat is in very quiet area with close access to the grocery shop (2 min) ,gym (3 min), walking distance to the Centre of Uppsala (15 min), 5 minutes to Biomedical Centre and 10 minutes to Ångström laboratories.
