A very beautiful Calm First Floor apartment in a very nice old building on Dalagatan 86F, with Front and backyard gardens for the building, a shared balcony per Floor and lots of nice restaurants nearby. The rent includes association fees, internet services, hot water, heating but excludes electricity fees. (Normally these are 200-300SEK/Month).
