We are renting out our reasonable, nice two-room apartment in Östra Sorgenfri. 60 sqm (excluding a cozy balcony) in a quiet area close to Nobeltorget and the eastern cemetery. We have a spacious and green (shared) courtyard with outdoor seating. Grocery stores and public transport connections are within a five-minute walk, and 24-hour convenience stores are even closer. The apartment is rented furnished from March 1 to June 1 (there is some flexibility with move-in and move-out dates). Service fee for the tenant: 396.
