I am seeking someone to take care of my lovely 2-room apartment (61sqm) in Lomma while I am abroad, one year or longer. The apartment is located in close vicinity to the beach, nature, train station, and 10-15 minutes commuting distance to both Lund and Malmö. Bright rooms with large windows and glassed balcony, and plenty of storage facilities in the walkin-closet. Heating, water and internet is included in the rent, but not electricity.
