There is a big sun facing balcony as well. All the facilities are included e.g. dishwasher, washing machine etc. If you need parking you will have to pay separately for that, I'm not sure how much, if you are inetrested i will check. This is a furnished apartment. Electricity and hot water is included in the rent. Move in date 1st February 2025 and move out date is 28 February 2025....

For technical reasons, you can not cancel your subscription for the first 24 hours. After the 24 hours, you can cancel your subscription at any time.Prices
