Hi, This is a newly built (2024) apartment on 4th floor. Since this is a new construction I have some pictures where some work was still going on. This is a 2 room apartment 1 bedroom and 1 living room. There is a big sun facing balcony as well. All the facilities are included e.g. dishwasher, washing machine etc. If you need parking you will have to pay separately for that, I'm not sure how much, if you are inetrested i will check. For technical reasons, you can not cancel your subscription for the first 24 hours. After the 24 hours, you can cancel your subscription at any time.Prices
