Hello, I am renting out my house in Hällefors. It is a 2-room apartment of 48 square meters with a large terrace, on a 1500 square meter lot, and there is a basement. I can rent it out either furnished or unfurnished. I would prefer to rent it out permanently. If you are a carpenter and handy, we can agree that you renovate the house while you live there, so you won't have to pay rent. The house is old and needs some renovation.
