2 room house in VÄddÖ

Hi. I want to rent out the newly built Attefall house in the countryside as I now live in Österlen. Plot 6,000 m² and adjacent to fantastic forests with lots of wildlife and mushrooms/berries. Close to the jetty where you can keep a boat at our mooring in the Väddö Canal. Only a 7-minute walk from the plot. I apologize for the photos, I took them without tidying up or trying to fix things. There is also a bit to clean up around the house before moving in if you don't want to help with that yourself. A carpenter will build a better staircase...
