The house is newly renovated and furnished, with a view over Erstaviken and only about a 4-minute walk down to a small bathing spot. The house has a loft and a fairly steep staircase. It is in a secluded location separate from the main building, with access to a lawn and a small set of outdoor furniture. The distance to the bus is about 700 m.
