Older renovated cottage near the beach, with a patio. Upstairs: four beds, a sofa, a table and a TV. Downstairs: kitchen with dining furniture. Toilet with shower and washing machine. Air-source heat pump/air conditioning. I rent out the cottage during the winter. Internet is included in the rent. Electricity and heating cost extra, approximately SEK 1,000–1,500 per month, based on the previous tenant’s usage. Tenant service fee: SEK 380/month (included in the rent above).
