Short-term rental (Now – July). 7,500 SEK/month I’m renting out a neat Attefall house as a mini villa in Skärholmen, 30 m2 + sleeping loft. It has its own entrance directly from the street. The house is fully equipped, furnished, and has its own patio and a garden with raspberries, blackberries and tasty apples. The plot is surrounded by hedges and a fence, so it’s very quiet and private. Sätraskogen is next door and the beach is within walking distance.
