My parents are renting out the lower part of their house. 92 sq m (2 very large rooms, hallway, kitchen, bathroom/toilet). Close to both Lund and Malmö (3–4 minutes to the nearest bus stop). Reply if interested and we will arrange a viewing. Rent 4000 SEK per room. Couples can rent both rooms for 7000 SEK. Everything is included such as electricity, heating, water, internet, etc. Parking is available. Service fee for tenant: 198 SEK
