Cute cottage on our plot, private entrance and screened from view by a 180 cm fence partially covered with ivy, see pictures. 2 km from Simrishamn. Good bus connections and nice cycle paths. Close to the beach! Please note that we cannot show the cottage until after December 3 because it is currently rented. Good heating options with a wood-burning stove, an air-to-air heat pump and radiators. There is a separate electricity meter.
