Cute cottage on our property, private entrance and privacy protected by a 180 cm plank fence partly covered with ivy, see photos. 2 km from Simrishamn Good bus connections and nice cycle paths. Close to the beach! Please note that we are not able to show the cottage until after December 3 because it is currently rented. Good heating options with a wood stove, an air-to-air unit and radiators. A separate electricity meter is available.
