We rent out half of the upper floor of our villa after the children have moved out. Segeltorp is a quiet area with proximity to nature and good transport connections. Walking distance to Kungens Kurva, IKEA, and Fruängen where there is a subway station. There are also buses from Segeltorps centrum to Fruängen and Stuvsta where the commuter train runs.
