A detached cottage on my property. The cottage has a sleeping loft with two single beds. A toilet with shower, a furnished kitchen and a washing machine are on the lower floor. It is about 300 meters to Pite Havsbad. The hotel has a restaurant and an adventure water park. The beach is about 150 m from my property. There is a bus stop on Timmerleden served by Länstrafiken, about 400 m away. Local buses also run during daytime from the hotel. Electricity costs are additional. Service fee for the tenant: 321
