I am looking for a lodger/tenant for my furnished apartment in central Malmö, as I work in Germany. The apartment is the upper floor of a villa from the late 19th century in Gamla Sofielund in Malmö. Within walking distance to Möllevångstorget and Triangeln station, as well as Södervärn bus station. The villa is located in a quiet neighborhood, but close to the city center, shops and nightlife.
