A very nice residence in like-new condition (has been rented for one year to a person with very high requirements for an allergy-free environment, i.e. no perfume, pets, smoke or dust), and it should remain so going forward, so shoes are to be left at the entrance. Preferably only one person in the household. A parking space is available.
