A very nice apartment in like-new condition (has been rented for a year to a person with very high requirements for an allergy-free environment, i.e. no perfume, pets, smoke or dust), and it should remain that way; shoes should be left at the entrance. Preferably only one person in the household. Parking space available. The outdoor area is a bit messy at the moment due to some construction, but the house has a large wraparound deck that will be provided with a barbecue area. Service fee for tenant: 396
