2 room house in Ljungskile

Bright, furnished home with sea views outside Ljungskile, with frequent connections to Gothenburg and a 7-minute drive (bus 826 is available) to Ljungskile, which has shops and a cinema (open on Tuesday evenings). The kitchen is well equipped. The home is rented out in winter, as my children and grandchildren use it during the summer months. The tenant’s service fee is SEK 378/month (included in the rent above).
