When the building was erected in 1952 it received the designation “Theobroma 1952” on an ornate iron plaque on the façade — which, freely translated, means the cocoa tree. Tenants include, among others, a pharmacy and a health center, a dentist and local shops. The property is located about 15 km northwest of Linköping in Ljungsbro, through which the Göta Canal passes. The canal can be crossed in Ljungsbro via one of the canal’s two aqueducts.
