By the summer our small cottage will be available for rent to a responsible person. The cottage is located 8 km from Hudiksvall town center and is about 75 sq m with two rooms and a kitchen. Basic standard but fully equipped. Heating is provided by an air-source heat pump, a wood-burning stove and electric radiators. There is a woodshed/storage shed and a carport with electricity, as well as a small garden to look after. Cold rent 5000 SEK. We perform a credit check and references are required. There is the possibility to rent a stable space.
