Hello! I am looking for a new tenant/tenants for my 39 sqm apartment near Frölunda Torg. The address is Munspelsgatan 28. Close to the shopping center — a 7–10 minute walk — and the transport hub where both buses and trams run with good connections to the whole city. The apartment is a one-bedroom (2-room) on the 5th floor with a glazed balcony. I am renting it furnished except for the balcony, which is empty (photos show previous tenants' balcony furniture).
