2 room apartment in Vällingby

I will rent out my apartment in Råcksta due to an overseas stay. It is a cozy one-bedroom (two-room) apartment with a spacious balcony that gets plenty of sun, despite the apartment being on the ground floor. I will start renting it out for 6 months with a good possibility of extension up to 1 year. Can be rented partly furnished by agreement.
