2 room apartment in Umeå

We rent out a separate apartment that is part of our villa in Teg/Söderslätt. It is a one-bedroom apartment with a separate entrance on the ground floor, about 50 sqm with a bedroom, a WC with shower and washing machine, as well as a living room and a kitchenette with oven/microwave and hotplates. Furnished with, among other things, a 180 cm bed (can be divided into two 90 cm beds) and a sofa bed with a coffee table and a bar table with two chairs.
