2 room apartment in Umeå

Hello! I am gauging interest in my student apartment on Tvistevägen in Umeå. The apartment is on the 7th floor and has a dishwasher and a balcony. A laundry room is on the same floor. The location is very good — about a 10-minute walk to Umeå University and SLU, and close to IKSU Sport. It also takes about 10 minutes by bus to the city centre. I am looking for a responsible student at SLU or Umeå University who is studying at least 50%. Service fee for tenant: 499
