By car it takes only 10 minutes into Gothenburg, and by the commuter train (zone A) you'll be at Central Station in 13 minutes. Electricity, heating and internet are included. Home insurance is required. A parking space can be arranged right by the building, if needed, for 250 SEK/month. The housing association must approve the tenant.
