Very nice, clean and bright two-room (one-bedroom) apartment of 52 sq m, on the second floor; the building has an elevator and there is a south-facing balcony. Electricity included. The apartment is furnished but can be emptied if you want to bring your own furniture. A ten-minute walk to the town and Lake Mälaren; a bus stop is a few minutes away. Nice wooded areas nearby. We are renting long-term as we currently have permanent residence in New Zealand and do not expect to need the apartment for several years. Service fee for tenant: 446
