We are now renting out our nice apartment on Erstagatan and are looking for a responsible and calm tenant who will enjoy and take care of it in the same way we do. It is a well-planned one-bedroom apartment of 48 sqm with a dishwasher, washing machine, and good storage. Just outside the door, there is a bus stop with good connections to Slussen and into the city.
