2 room apartment in Stockholm

Hello. I want to rent out my 2-room apartment with 52 sqm in Jakobsberg Centrum for 1 year with move-in on August 3, 2026. The apartment is relatively newly built (in 2022) and is therefore in good condition. I am looking for someone who wants temporary accommodation for 1 year and who is responsible, takes care of the apartment, pays the rent on time, and has no negative marks.
