2 room apartment in Stockholm

We are renting out an apartment of 60 square meters, 2 rooms and a kitchen, literally a stone's throw from Odenplan. The apartment is on the second floor, unfortunately no elevator. The apartment was renovated from floor to ceiling exactly 5 years ago, except for the bathroom which is significantly older, but fully functional. The rent includes electricity, water, heating, internet, TV. We wish to rent out for a longer period, ideally several years. Unfortunately, not to families with children.
