A 1.5-room apartment with kitchen for rent to a tidy, non-smoking single person without pets. The location is near St. Eriksplan, and the area is 45–50 sqm. A suitable rental period is about 1 year. Legally it is part of a larger apartment, but since I will be away abroad it will be like having your own apartment. Asking price 8,500 kronor per month; a security deposit of 8,500 kronor applies. The deposit can be refunded upon move-out.
