2 room apartment in Stockholm

Hi, I want to rent out my apartment in central Handen. It's a 2-room apartment of 69 sqm; the cold rent is SEK 10,900. It is furnished and internet is included. There is a washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher in the home. I want a deposit of SEK 7,000, which will be refunded at move-out if nothing is broken. The intention is a long-term contract for 12 months. The housing company must approve you as a subtenant.
