2 room apartment in Stockholm

Apartment of 53 m2 with two bedrooms, an open-plan living room and kitchen, a spacious hallway, a large bathroom with washer/dryer and an enclosed (glazed) balcony. Access to the whole apartment except the small bedroom. I need to use it occasionally and it will be locked. I'm renting out because I will mostly be living with my partner going forward and therefore want to share my home with a female lodger. Service fee for tenant: 618
