2 room apartment in Sollentuna

I am renting out a PART of a residence, as it will be used as an overnight apartment. You will have access to your own room and shared kitchen and bathroom. I will only stay overnight spontaneously in the apartment. The apartment is located in Häggvik, close to the commuter train and bus (3 min). By car, it is 30 minutes to the University, 15 minutes to Stockholm Central, 10 minutes to the urgent care center, 20 minutes to Arlanda airport, etc. The rent includes electricity, heating, and water but not internet. Service fee for tenant: 595
