It is within walking distance to central Skärholmen with marketplace and shopping center, from where it takes 20 minutes by subway to central Stockholm. It is also close to Sätrabadet where you can swim and eat soft ice cream with sprinkles. With such a nice balcony, the apartment is at its best during the summer :) Service fee for tenant: 714
