2 room apartment in Skaraborg

Hi, just checking in about a possible sublet of a 65 m² one-bedroom apartment near the university in Skövde. Newly renovated bathroom with a washer and dryer. Fully furnished, though there’s no TV—I may be able to arrange one. Large bedroom with a spacious wardrobe/storage area. Kitchenware, towels and bed linen can be included if desired. Maximum rental period: 1 year. Water and TV channels are included. Electricity is billed separately, so that’s an additional cost. Proposed rent: SEK 10,000 per month.
