My name is Anna and I rent out a bedroom. I am looking for a lodger. Women only. Kitchen, living room and bedroom, balcony. Toilet/shower is available in the apartment. Electricity and Wi‑Fi are included in the rent. I am therefore renting out a bedroom for approximately 2–3 months. The rent is 3000 SEK. One month's deposit. Service fee for the tenant: 178 SEK.
