I'm renting out my lovely, very nice 2-room apartment for two months. 49 sqm, in Nacka municipality (Karpgatan 10). Very nice area. The bus stop is a 4-minute walk from the building; very convenient buses. 25 minutes to Slussen. The center is 4 minutes away. Nature is also very close. The apartment was completely renovated in February 2025. The freezer, fridge, oven, dishwasher and microwave are new, silver, and all the same brand. The rent is SEK 9,500; everything except internet is included. Extension is not possible. One month's deposit. ...
