2 room apartment in Öjersjö

The Area Gökegård centrum consists of three apartment buildings completed in November 2023. They contain 63 apartments with 2–4 rooms and a kitchen, ranging in size from 47 to 90 square metres. Two of the buildings are connected by a health centre leased by the Västra Götaland Region. The apartments have IMD – Individual Metering and Billing – for water consumption.
