Partially renovated apartment 3.5 years ago when I moved in. Large kitchen with an opening (no door) into a large living room. Spacious bedroom with wardrobes. Large glazed balcony facing the patio. Bathroom with washing machine and washbasin. Internet (fiber), TV, dishwasher, washing machine, parking (right outside the building), heating and water are included in the rent.
