I am renting out my condominium. A nice two-room apartment with a glass-enclosed balcony in a quiet area. Good bus connections. In the area there is an ICA (grocery store), a sushi restaurant, a pizzeria, a hairdresser, etc. I am renting it out indefinitely as the market is at a standstill and I haven't been able to sell the apartment.
