The apartment has a newly renovated bathroom and is situated in a very quiet and safe area. It has two balconies, one of which is enclosed (glazed). There is a basement storage room right by the entrance. Contracts are signed one year at a time with one month's notice; however, we require one month's rent as a deposit for security. Parking is not included but can be arranged if needed.
