Hello. I have a wonderful penthouse with 2 rooms and a kitchen in Sävedalen, Partille municipality, about 55 sqm with a rent of 5115 SEK. Free parking. Everything is included except electricity and internet. Lilla Avenyn with most amenities within walking distance. I would like to exchange it for a 1-3 room and kitchen on the ground floor with a patio in Mölndal or a smaller house/cottage. Preferably with a bathtub and not with neglected standards. I have a well-behaved and trained dog. I am a handy and responsible woman.
