Hi, We are renting out our apartment of 69 sqm (2 rooms and a kitchen), located on the ground floor. The apartment is rented for one year starting in March, but earlier move-in can be arranged by agreement. The rent is 11,000 SEK/month plus 240 SEK/month for outdoor parking.
