Very nice apartment with an open-plan layout and a balcony facing Åby racetrack. There is a bus stop very close by and good connections to Mölndal town centre as well as central Gothenburg. I am renting out my apartment because I am moving in with my girlfriend. A deposit is taken in connection with the written agreement regarding the furnishings; you will, of course, get the money back upon termination/move-out if the furniture and furnishings are in OK condition.
