2 room apartment in Malmö

Hi! I’m renting out my one-bedroom apartment in Möllan from December 23 to February 24, furnished. It’s on the fourth floor, with an elevator and a balcony. There’s a double bed and a 110 cm bed in the same room. We’ll draw up a contract between us, as well as one with Lifra. Rent is about SEK 7,600, plus electricity and internet, as well as a 15% surcharge for the furniture.
