I am not gonna be in Sweden at least 6 months. I want to rent apartment but only not bedroom. Apartment is 60m2, bedroom is 10m2 so I rent 50m2 + garage parking space. Apartment is on fifth floor, elevator always works, no pets, no smoking in apartment, only on the balcony. Price is 7500 with parking space,deposit for 1 month.
