Now HSB Malmö's first smoke-free rental apartments are being released This week HSB Malmö opens for expressions of interest for its first smoke-free newly built rental apartments, in the Sorgenfri area where a total of 52 rental apartments share a block with newly built condominiums. A total of 107 apartments are being built here, a mix of condominiums and rental units. The hope in mixing housing types and apartment sizes is to contribute to social sustainability.
